Change of Taste

Throughout the year, Dining Services hosts Change of Taste events. The events are created by staff at each dining center and typically celebrate a holiday, tradition, or a new element to share with the Coug community. Check out menusĀ on each Dining Center's individual webpage.

An top view of a round pizza on a pizza tray. The pizza is topped with a tomato sauce, cheese shaped to look like skulls, and dotted with skull eyes, nose, and smile. Green basil is randomly placed in between skulls. Shoulder down view of a person holding a plate of food in front of their belly button. She is wearing a red long sleeve shirt and black slacks. Her plate is round and white and filled with a yellow biscuit, some mixed green vegetables, a disposable paper sauce cup, a fried doughnut, and a meat dish. An overhead shot of a round white place on a large black countertop surface. On the plate is a very colorful assortment of fall vegetables: whole orange carrots, green broccoli, purple cauliflower, roasted purple fingerling potato, a roasted acorn squash cut in half to reveal orange flesh. The veggies are surrounding a pinkish fillet of salmon topped with a white sauce and green herbs.
