WSU Dining Services and the Compton Union Building are pleased to host Wednesdays on the Mall, a summer dining series featuring fresh flavors. Enjoy a rotating menu of international cuisine and BBQ favorites, paired with lively summer vibes—right on Glenn Terrell Mall, outside the CUB.
Join us on July 8, 15, and 22. from 11:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. Payment will be accepted by card at the point of sale or via the GET app.

July 8 - Thai Kitchen
Enjoy bold Thai-inspired flavors with your choice of Massaman Curry with Chicken and Potatoes, Pad Kra Pao (Thai Basil Pork), or Green Curry with Tofu and Vegetables. Served with Jasmine Rice and refreshing Som Tam Thai (Papaya Salad) for a vibrant and satisfying meal.
July 15 – Greek-Mediterranean
Savor fresh Mediterranean flavors with your choice of Keftedes (Beef and Lamb Meatballs), Chicken Souvlaki, or Fried Falafel. Each entrée is served with Greek Salad, Grilled Garlic Naan, and creamy Tzatziki Sauce.
July 22 – Country BBQ
Enjoy comforting barbecue favorites with your choice of Smoked Beef Brisket, Boneless BBQ Chicken Thighs, or a Plant-Based Beyond Sausage Bratwurst. Served with classic Country Macaroni Salad and a warm Corn Muffin.
